"I can't say enough wonderful things about Trina. My husband and I were refered to her by another client and friend. We were moving from out of state and needed someone who could help us find everything we were looking for without us having any knowledge of the area. Trina spent time asking questions and getting a lot of feedback from us to prepare for our quick two day visit to explore and narrow down neighborhoods near Denver. "I would have liked an option for buying and selling a house because Trina was amazing to work with during both of these transactions. She built a relationship with me over the last few years and did not pressure me once to sell when I was not ready, but, informed me of changes in the market and kept me up to date. Then, when it was time to buy, while I was busy checking out paint colors and types of flooring in the potential homes, Trina was pointing out the more important details of the home which I really appreciated. Her expertise in this industry shines through with every conversation I had with her. She is so patient and understanding of how stressful buying or selling a house can be and is honest with her opinions and supportive of your decision. She listens to what you have to say and really gets to know you in order to assist you to the fullest. She also doesn't make you feel like a "paycheck" or just another transaction. She has checked in with me to see how I was doing and how I liked my new home and has continued to help me with some loose ends that she most definitely doesn't need to.
